Mindful Meditation Practice


Mindfulness is about learning to be in the present moment, by developing awareness over the mind and body activities. 

This class will support you to develop a regular mindfulness practice which can help you to reduce stress levels and enjoy life fully.
In these four monthly sessions, you will learn meditation techniques, that will help to connect to the present moment and develop conscious awareness skills.
Dates: the second Thursday of the month (14 Sep, 12 Oct, 9 Nov and 14 Dec.)
Times: 7:30 – 8:30pm

Price: £5 per session
